lol. I have been trying a lot of new stuff lately.

I made some prime rib the other day that melted in your mouth...

I've gotten away from using any steak sauces on my meat after it's cooked. I've learned hot to enjoy the flavor of a good steak. I'm even preferring them medium / medium well now:-)

I forgot to add that I have cut Carbs out of my diet again.. so I have a lot of time to "play with my meat!"
