This is quite simple, and a business decision, it's being taken personal now which it shouldn't.

When you have a board of directors sit down to jusity what another employee is doing for the company, and nobody can give any detail what that person does for the company and why they should be paid this much, there is no other choice than to let the person go and move on.

And this is a simple case of that.

We all have better things to do than to sit here and rant and rave, so why not just move on to bigger and better things than ruin friendships and use up board space?

Nick is willing to call it even, so are all of we.

I have nothing against anthony, i've known him since day 1. I still like the guy, i have NO REASON not to. But it was a business decision, and i am sure deep down he respects that.

Those guys posted those things without my knowledge or consent.

I wish they hadn't made those ,posts they were crass and unwarranted.

There were things within any orgainisation because of the closeness and hours spent together that eventually leads to problematic situations.

Things change overtime.Anthony had ruffled the feathers of other employees here in Vancouver,sometimes justly ,sometimes not.

Myself and others involved in the company reviewed work undertaken and completed by him.

A business decision was taken to terminate him.

The posts by DEATH and chooman are regretted and I have and will take action hope fully gaining there agreement to delete them.

These posts are especially harsh and unfounded reading them this afternoon.

I apologise for them.

as far as I know the story,

death - last time he left your house because he was yelling at you for throwing out his girlfriend and young children from the house and for filing a police report on his girlfriend for threatning him. he looked like he was going to attack you, soAnthony started to come at him.

he didn't and left, but didn't like the fact that Anthony was going to take him (death) down if he did attack you. so in essence Death's big thing against Anthony is that he was going to defend YOU.

After reading all the posts concerning this topic I couldn't just stand by idly and watch. It appears the reason for my brother's silence on the matter has been miscontrued. He decided to stay silent so as not to embarrass Anthony, not because he or Whitaker have made any mistakes or been unfair in the handling of this situation.

I have 'worked' with Anthony for three years and have seen examples , time after time, of the gross incompetence and laziness with which he handled his personal and business life. I disagree with Death and Chooman posting regarding his personal affairs, that's his business, but feel I must inform you of his work with Whitaker. His inter office maneuvering and lying caused every single member of Whitaker Consulting to back my brother's decision to fire him. This decision was taken after nearly two years of trying to integrate Anthony as a useful member of this company. However his non-existent work ethic, his greed and his time spent deflecting his mistakes onto others finally made the working environment here unbearable. One of our directors already resigned after being unable to handle the stress imposed every day by Anthony's conduct. Anthony has been very happy to take from Whitaker Consulting; he drew a large salary, had a company car, not to mention the large petty cash withdrawals and loans he made. However if asked what he did for Whitaker Consulting, short of nearly burn out some of our best staff with his constant delegation of his jobs to them, I cannot think of a thing. His unwarranted rants and pissy fits with the staff, interestingly only made when my brother was not present, are legendary. I have yet to meet anyone who has worked with Anthony at Whitaker who isn't overjoyed to see the back of him. I would like to be able to say something positive about my experiences working with him but I can't think of one thing.

I could go into details but I have wasted enough time on Anthony. I am fed up with his hollow boasts and his lack of loyalty. I can also understand how people might believe his story, we fell for his lies and his plays for sympathy for three years. I am also sure that in a few months his current employers will be saying something similar on this board. A leopard can't change it's spots. This has nothing to do with him personally. It's business.

My Employment with the company was terminated. - I have moved on and will not look back.

I have signed my confidentiality papers with the company. - Of which I have adhered to and will continue to.

Personal attacks were made to me on this board - I have not responded to them.

The very personal one about me and my fiancee breaking up really bothered me. Immensely. My wedding which I invited Serge and all to in August in Vancouver, I had to cancel. It is very personal that it's even brought up on the board. I cannot even express how much not being with the one I love hurts. With my cancelling my wedding and it being brought up here, well, that's pretty low. Especially with the innuendos of her leaving me.

You see, I never said to anyone that my girl and I broke up. I never said that the reason I had to cancel the wedding was in august because my girl left me, I never said that I had to move out because my girl wanted me out cause I had nothing. I made mention that things weren't good at my house, which they weren't. Being fired and not expecting it made things hard.

Serge, I am truly sorry you made plans to come up in August to be there at my wedding. You too Mike AI, and everyone I invited.

I hope you all can change your plane tickest to Los Angeles, since that's where we decided to move our wedding and have it since we'll be both living down there.
