YEah I would say he is definately guilty.... he might not have handled the killing himself, he may have out sourced it, but he was definately involved.

I was out in Sactown when it happened, I knew he was guilty then - the facts all point to him.

I think he's guilty too - I hoped from the beginning that he wasn't, but my gut kept saying "guilty! guilty!" I didn't hear about the house/SUV - that's some damning evidence IMHO.

What's the worst is - no matter how much of a bitch the wife was, if she was cheating on him, if he was in love with that chick he had the affair with - or whatever the motivation - she was due to give birth to his son in 6 days... I think that's what keeps haunting me about this case. How do you kill a woman who is 8.5 months pregnant?

You're right...I meant 6 days from when I made the post. lol I gotta learn to be more specific ;)

Saw the report on the SUV being sold today...whatever excuse used, none of this is looking good. Her poor family. What should have been a time of celebration and new life has become a hellish horror. :(
