i've looked at X-Cart.com and I like the script but I'm open to other recommendations or possibly if somebody already has paid for their own solution I would buy yours. Mansion Productions has a very cool new script but it's overpriced imho.

Only problem with X-Cart is that they haven't replied to a couple questions I sent them, can't give them $500 if I can't modify it and i wanna make sure it's not encrypted or something.

so if you have cool content shopping cart software let me know. I'll pay more than $500 if it's better than X-Cart. if it's alot better i'll pay alot more.

thanks

I agree with Xcart Mutt. I own a copy but can't get anyone via email and there's no phone number.

It's a great cart tho but I need a programmer to set it up and run it for me!

yeah i know, i was disappointed that there wasn't a phone number either. Think they are in Russia. But the cart looks great to me, i really don't see it lacking much.

Somebody here PM'd me and told me to check out ImageFolio .....they have a commerce version now. It looks pretty good but I give X-Cart the edge because it has an affiliate module.

thanks to the person who messaged me the info. :bwave:

Hi Mutt, Diana,

Yeh xcart is pretty good.

Actually Xcart the program was made first off for our company. We were looking for a new php solution, found the programer Ruslan, and he made a new store from scratch. I then suggested to him that he sell this software, so I put up one of my domain names, fcart.com and it started selling. then he finally went on his own with xcart.

I know his programming site is at: www.rrfinc.com

you might try and contact them there.

thanks

actually to give them credit, just checked my mailbox and X-Cart did get back to me. Custom work isn't too expensive either.

Hi Mutt,

nah actually I took fcart.com down to use for something else, a new project, but haven't gotten to it yet.

The software that he made was good, but I never really used it, as it didn't have an affiliate program hookup at that time.

I did have a programmer make me a whole content shopping system at 1 time, then he went off and got married or something, it was about 95% done. good php scripting, etc

downloads, aff. program, also other merchants could signup and sell there products, and you get a %, etc.
