Dear Heqdvd,
When I first saw your posts I thought you had some potential. You seem knowledgeable and intelligent and make first rate academic arguments. However, your unwarranted teenish self-love and total misunderstanding of how to fit in to a social system such as exists at this messageboard will be your downfall.
You still have a chance. Can you both be unique and "fit in" or will you continue your childish ego-fullfilling bragging about things which no one cares about? Will you continue to attack those that you could otherwise befriend? You have NO REASON to have an ego whatsoever. Your biggest accomplishment in life is playing in a local band and working for the man.
What is your purpose in posting at Oprano? So far, I see someone that is willing to alienate nearly everyone to briefly be the center of attention. Maybe you are wise enough to quickly switch and begin to befriend people instead of alientating them. The mistake you may make is waiting too long. First impressions are lasting impressions. You've started so poorly that I think you may want to consider changing your nickname and starting over.
