BELLIGERENT, LEWD AL COPS PLEA
January 15, 2003 -- Porcine porn publisher Al Goldstein pleaded guilty to stalking and harassing his third ex-wife yesterday, but that didn't stop him from taking another swipe at her after court.
"I won't harass her any more, but I hope she and my son die and rot in hell," ranted Goldstein, the prickly publisher of Screw magazine.
The plea deal before a Manhattan judge lets Goldstein stay out of jail in his second harassment case in a year.
In the previous case, in Brooklyn, he's appealing a two-month sentence for using Screw and his cable-TV public-access show, "Midnight Blue," for profanity-laced tirades against a former magazine aide.
This time around, he'll serve probation for urging "Midnight Blue" viewers to call and harass Gena Fishbein Goldstein.
The ex-wife had earned his wrath by refusing to invite him to their son's graduation from Harvard Law School. Goldstein complains he paid for the son's degree.
"My teeth are falling out, my knee is collapsed, I'm just tired," he explained outside court of why he was copping a plea.
Of his white T-shirt, worn under a leather motorcycle vest and inscribed "Central Park Jogger," he explained, "It's to bug [Manhattan District Attorney Robert] Morgenthau."
