What if I am badly sunburned and need to keep the sheets off my legs?

DON'T FEED THE PFIZER CORPORATE MACHINE
Why? Does it bite?

heqdvd - were you like a hippy in a former life?

Big Powerful Corporations = Good
Power to the people - Bad, very bad - they will always fuck up and become the machine so I am all for saving the people now and keeping the current power structure

I suppose you approve of Dupont and Hearst's conversion of this society into a gaggle of presciption popping idiots, with a few daddy's boys on top?

(if you needing reading/refernce material I'll be happy to supply)

HIPPIE - no. Humanist - YES.

(I'm sorry if you take that little pill, its not a personal attack man)

And if you believe in any corporate structure, prepare to look back at your life at 50 years old or so and puke.

[Guess Enron, WorldCom, MS all are fine - huh?]

I worked for 6 years in those structures - Moodys, BBDO, Equitable, Caspian Securities -

AND I ASSURE YOU - UNLESS YOU ARE ON TOP OF THE STRUCTURE, YOU WILL GAIN NOTHING AND LOSE EVERYTHING.

(little ghost is cute! not scary...)

Someone is a little bitter. I worked for a fortune 100 company for 10 years, got tired of it, and left. Every employee that works for a huge corporation is free to do the same. It isn't their job to make me happy. I did work they provided a paycheck. As far as I'm concerned that's the limits of their responsibility to me.

The view from the top is great :P

Not up for a debate right now but I don't believe it is entirely Dupont and Hearst's or any companies responsibility or fault that a % of the population are taking prescription medications on a regular basis

Too easy to point that finger at large companies for society's ills

and without MS where would computing be today ........

So welcome to the machine

And if you believe in any corporate structure, prepare to look back at your life at 50 years old or so and puke.

I'm 41 now so I don't think this will hold true. Well I'll probably puke but it will be because of tree huggers that don't get the joke - oh wait I can do that now
:P

Edit - p.s. sounds like someone is bitter, maybe because they got passed over for promotions - but I could be wrong

I never met anyone in NYC with that attitude. Perhaps in your town this may be true.

Not bitter, if I was I couldn't create anything on a daily basis.

But just honestly reacted to hippie comment, and silly "biting" comment.

If your study the history of those corporations, and the number of people who are addicted to presciptions (100,000's) and how profits are spent -
I suspect you wouldn't be so casual and glib...

Dupont destroyed the phamacopia that existed here and Europe for 100 years (read - FOUNDING FATHERS). Are people heathly today. 55% of adults are obese. Depression is super-high as a medical ailment. Noone gets cured.

Enjoy.

P.S. I use MS to compute, MAC to create. Period. Try to see an movie of show made with MS. Oh - it doesn't matter right?

Edit - go to greggdilorenzo.com and see about promotions...

MS brought windows (and therefor for the most part) computing to the masses - and now they are a "bad" company becasue you can't use their product for your chosen applications - ahhhh use another application made by another company

Why are you so quick to point the finger at companies and not hold individuals responsible for their own actions?

It's a companies fault if someone is obese?
It's a companies fault if someone gets addicted to prescription drugs?
Not the individuals fault for not knowing what they were taking and not researching it?
Much less not being aware of what any substance they ingest does to their body

Therein lies the problem, no personal accountability, point the finger and lay the blame on "Big Companies"

Fuck that - what happened to personal accountability much less good common sense

With your logic McDonalds will lose the cases they are currently being sued for where the plaintiffs claim their obesity is because of McDonald's - not because they ate the wrong foods -OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL

and that my friends is part of the challenges America faces

You should try getting out a little more - or expanding your horizons
In a city as large as NYC am certain every attitude is present and represented

That's the fact. If you want to accept it, fine.

I'm happy to provide facts for you free of charge. And a lot of it from the actual government itself.

Ahhh no definition ....

Ok they are facts - and where are you laying blame? Not sure what point you are trying to make? Is it that these things are because of Dupont?

Thanks for posting from the T and C for Cloud 9 Cash (http://www.cloud9cash.com) :D
