Dear Mr. Garen:

Before we go any further, please confirm that you represent Jacqueline A. Barley, and the ESTATE OF PAUL MARIAN.

Are you authorized to accept service on the behalf of Jacqueline A. Barley?

Did you meet this woman in person and can identify her?

Are you aware Jacqueline A. Barley is a well-known anonymous Internet stalker and harasser? She posts anonymously under the name Confucy in adult webmaster chat boards, although she recently has used the anonymous name of gooeycandy, among others. She has an obsession with several well known people on the Internet.

Ms. Barley might deny she is the anonymous poster Confucy. “Confucy” states on webmaster chat boards Ms. Barley is alternatively her aunt, her grandmother, and recently “a close family relative”.

Ms. Barley claims I am stalking and harassing her. As you know, stalking and harassment are crimes in California, Florida and under Federal law. I can provide you with ample evidence it is your client who stalks and harasses, and that she is uncontrollable, even by you, her attorney.


Are you aware “Confucy” posted this about you?

If you made this comment, it is disappointing to see this kind of animosity based on ethnic background in an educated lawyer. Did you really say that?
