Can someone suggest a good video encoding service to take VHS/Beta/DVD/DV source material and produce WM/Real/QT files in multiple bitsteams and viewing sizes?

We have both done it in-house and out-sourced it before. But in-house production takes too long and the place we out-sourced it to cost an arm and a leg and the quality was not as good as I would have liked. I was wondering if a content provider or pay-site owner here had a good experience with an encoding service, and could pass along some contact info?

-thanks

i bet there are webmasters out there who would do it for you for a reasonable price, much lower than one of those video specialty companies who cater to mainstream and charge exorbitant prices, lotta adult webmasters doing movies these days. of course none of them have licenses to anything they encode but that's another story
