Do you think now is a good time to start pre-paying for joins out the wazoo to try and get rid of excess cash?

What would/do you do?

You set up a second corporation, and pre-pay it for traffic... then use that money to pay for traffic in the next 12 months... 1st company takes the expense in 2002, and the second company only book the revenue as it expenses the traffic in 2003 (because until it actually buys some traffic from someone else, it is not able to sell anything... it just has a pre-bill).

Problem with that is that the prepay for 12 months is not a deductible expense if you follow proper accounting and taxation rules. It is a prepaid asset that should sit on your Balance Sheet as a pseudo-receivable.

Hoop.............. make sure you have looked after your 'future. If you have not done so, look into all the various IRA's that both you and your company can expense out. At your age, and current economic conditions, you could start building a very nice profolio. By all means, work with a professional though.

You could fund a program for women owned adult businesses. We already rule the world. If you can't fight 'em join 'em!

Come on Hooper, I'll be the ring leader.
