not at the moment.....
and here are the reasons why:

1) the front page is NOT very valuable page for us

2) our traffic is much greater than your, thus making this exchange not equal, and we, at Oprano, like to treat our women as equals
;-))

3) we require our button on your site if you use our board to promote your business, so our button on yours is a given.

welcome to Oprano,
where nice legs have effect on MikeAI and mutt,
and I am IMMUNE...
but if you offer kinky spanking, than...who knows

Isn't femalewebmasters the same as webmistresses?

cj

i think the correct terminology would be 'webperson' here mike

LMAO

it looks like a case of what domain was available to slap a site together on ...

Bare, I hope you come up with something a bit more original than a place where women talk about how they are better than men ... I'd prefer to stick around at the places where there's business people, regardless of their gender.

:rokk:

Oh come on cj

I don't see the need to slam a place for its very first posting. How can any of us know what the place would be like after the first post?

I don't see a need for separating the men from the women all the time but having one place where you might be able to reach the ladies some of the time can't be a bad thing.

And no its not my site LMAO

CJ,

No offence hon but, are you not the one whos prime business model is based on webmasters selling products to the for women market?

What percentage of these webmasters are actually webmistresses?

Would seem to me like it would be a good business decision for you to post or at least, hang around our forums so you know what the females in our industry who are promoting YOUR sites are doing?

Oh and incidently, do you not own and operate http://www.femresources.com ? Would seem to be a clear-cut case of do what i say and not what i do to me ;)

Mind you, that said, you don thave any forums on your site, perhaps we could exchange links?

Serge, not a problem honey, ill eep your link up anywas, itll help us with our relevancy anyway in the se's.

I look forward to spending time over here regularly.

Thanks.

>>What percentage of these webmasters are actually webmistresses?

who cares!
both males and females have the same abilty to save banners to their hard drive, why do I need to know the gender of my webmasters? If I want to reach webmasters, I go to the places where they are ... the most amount of them in the 1 place at the 1 time.

>>Would seem to me like it would be a good business decision for you to post or at least, hang around our forums so you know what the females in our industry who are promoting YOUR sites are doing?

Why? So I can say hi to 5 people who I already talk to via icq/other boards/email? I already know what my webmasters/webmistresses are doing because I TALK to them ... but thanks for the business advice!

If you look closely at FemResources, you'll see its a resource for MARKETING TO WOMEN, whether you are a male or female webmaster - its there for education of a niche market, NOT to segregate men and women from doing business together. It contains articles about marketing to women, resources for building sites for women, and a question corner to answer marketing to women related questions ... This resource is used by us to assist our webmasters in learning how to target our audience.

>>Mind you, that said, you don thave any forums on your site, perhaps we could exchange links?

I do not have a forum because there are enough forums in the industry which get 5 posts a week. plus Sandra has done an excellent job of WEN, which I link to as the 'board for marketing to women' ... most board related topics I discuss happen here at oprano, where there is the most webmasters eyes to see the discussion.

>>I don't see the need to slam a place for its very first posting. How can any of us know what the place would be like after the first post?

This was not slamming, you have to be a bit less sensitive on oprano ;-)

Oh, and for the record ... no more than 30% of my purvebucks webmasters are women. Do you have a board specifically for men so I can reach the other 70%?

What is the purpose of your board?
What kind of topics do you intend to discuss once 'women are better than men' runs out?
How much traffic do you expect your site to generate?

would love you to enlighten me

Joe, XXXwebmistress was one of the first sites I ever looked at which inspired me to build stuff for women.

I couldn't believe that day we were out the front of the hotel in florida and I realized who she was ... I was so happy to see her!!!
