LAGOS, Nigeria - Angry mobs stabbed and set fire to bystanders Thursday in rioting that erupted after a newspaper suggested Islam's founding prophet would have approved of the Miss World beauty pageant. At least 50 people were killed and 200 injured.

Cal Muhhomad was a warrier... his religion is a religion of war. Meant to inspire concquest with help from the devine.
Christianity - while they had hundreds of years of abusing, killing, raping in name of religion - if you read the new tesitmate or about Jesus he was anything but a warrior....

i was thinking about this today.
most successful religions today have a long and deep history in conquest, oppression, murder, war etc all in the name of their religion and the necessity to "spread the word" and convert people to that faith.
theyare not however, still trying to kill in the name of God, nor do they believe that in any way they have the right to do so... much less be rewarded for it with 72 virgins and a place in "paradise" for their family.
the disturbing thing to me about Islam is the lack of any sort of unified condemnation of such acts.

The same people that once killed in the name of Christianity today kill in the name of Democracy and Freedom rather than Christianity. It's the same countries with different ideology. Not that I have a problem with that. Better to kill first than to be killed. I am not one in favor of peaceful solutions. Leave that for the countries with no weapons.

For your information as of today their exists problems with the Muslims killing the Christians in Lebanon and in Egypt. This has nothing to do with the jewish people living in Israel.
Israel is a country made up of several religions. We have Muslims, Christians and of course people that are of the jewish faith.
Most people from the states believe that everyone in Israel religion is Jewish. Their is a major percent which is not.
The arabs and the MUSLIMS in alot of these countries are taught to kill anyone that is not Muslim and it is a matter of time before they come in your direction, no matter where you live. It is like a cancer that is SPREADING.
Their is also a problem in Chechnya with the Russians, this is a Muslim problem. Their of course is a problem in INDONESSIA which is a Muslim problem. Their is a problem in Afganistian and Pakastian relaitng to the Muslims. Their is a problem in Bosnia which is a Muslim problem. Their is a problem in the Phillipines which is a Muslim Problem.
In China, the arrest them and on the same day, they hold a trial and they are found quilty. By the end of the day, they execute them.
You may think the real problem is only a Palestinian Israel land problem, but it is not! It really is a MUSLIM vs every other religion.
Their is very little about the way the Muslim's practice their religion that is peaceful. It's hard to be a peaceful when your religion authorizes the killing of others who are not Muslims.
