It doesn't appear to show who is actually using that to watch people. That'd show who the real voyeurs are.

Actually, it showed me as spying ... but they could have higher security settings on me.

It showed that I was 'browsing the Message Board' I think it's not that they have less scrutiny on YOU, but they want to see what *I* am doing without tipping me off.

Communists are more dangerous than Liberals, after all.

It does a timeslice based on a non-standard system cycle when it takes its "snapshots" - in other words, you could have JUST logged out and the system will still show you as logged in - its not instant - I think it cycles based on its queries, but i'm not totally sure....
