Bulletproof Hosting Service?

Ok, a buddy of mine needs a solid, reliable, bullet-proof hosting service for the landing pages he uses in his mailers. He's got some medium-sized lists and sends out a decent volume. I don't get the landing page thing. If a sponsor wants mailer traffic they should stick their necks out as far as the mailer, let you send direct to the tour.
