I have a question...the charger guy caught the ball in the end zone at the end of the game.

Should that not have been a safety? Should the game not be over?

Why is it going into OT?

An interception in the end zone that results in a tackle is a touchback, just like on a kickoff.

If an offensive player is tackled in their own end zone it's a safety. If a defensive player is tackled in their own end zone it's a touchback and the ball goes to the 20 yard line and the offense takes possesion.
