Mr. Workman, Your cooperation would have been well accepted BEFORE you
conspired with Mr. Cahan, Mr. Knox, Mr. Bennett, Ms. Gilchrist and Mr.
Black. Hopefully all of the above named defendants did NOT lie to PTC/ATC
trustees altough Mr. Bennett lied in the Perfect10's depo. There are actual
correspondence from all the above available during discovery. Mr. Bennett
had offered to meet me with Mr. Dinna. A meeting with me now costs 4.9
million dollars. Then once we have split the money you said was in the banks
Thursday, we can work on dividing everything in all companies and trusts Mr.
Bennett has on a %50/%50 basis. Then we can settle the malpractice that
several attorneys(including yourself) are facing criminal charges. Get the
picture? Your done. You steal and/or help steal from me or anybody,
eventually the legal system in ANY country will provide justice. I remain
cordially your BOSS.

PS- Better get ready for that court order from the Bahama not only to STAND,
but to be honored by US courts. Remember, you guys wanted the court of the
Bahamas to serve as justice. You did not expect to come across the Attorney
General and the Former Governor of the Bahamas whom was provided by the US
Ambassador to the Bahamas.Again my offer to you stands, turn yourself over
and spare yourself not only your career, but your FREEDOM.Remember, everybody
Mr. Bennett and you met was thru my honor and good standing with people.
Think Mr. Bennett will watch out for you when the ship sinks? I was one of
the few people in your life Mr. Workman, that you and Mr. Bennett nor anyone
cannot BUY.

ut oh- sounds really serious. This should be an interesting case indeed.

interesting.

gotta say that it has always seemed rather bizarre how a full partner like joee could just be shut out like he was. inevitable that this would wind up in major litigation.

mutt,
Carolyne Tilga was cut out of Wired in the similar fashion...also a major partner.

Seems like companies having offshore enteties think that as long as it's not in US,
thye are untouchable.

I follow this case with full attention,
as you can tell

Boy am I glad that when we called Steve a couple years ago on the suggestion of a couple other attorneys he said he was counsel for CEN in the AOL case and couldn't help us. I might be sitting on an LA streetcorner sucking moisture out of my sweatshirt today!

Two things in life that are sure...

There are always 3 sides to every story...

and Joe needs to check his spelling and grammar lol ;)

I'm not sure what YOUR talking about Kimmy!

I have spoken with John Bennett and that situation frankly mystifies me. JoeE was flaming CEN for awhile, then he stopped and had it in his netpond signature, now who knows what is going on.

Hahahah Cal, I don't know what your talking about either ;)

The inherent problem with partnerships is at some point or another one partner becomes a liability. How great that liability is certainly must play a part in determining what the second partner does.

I've asked John before why he doesn't defend himself against these attacks in public -- he seems to be quite assured of his own position and doesn't feel the need to bother, and of course he's never been much for posting anyway. I've often wondered why he allows a good part of the webmasters to think that he's basically cut his partner out and left him for dead, when that may or may not be the truth.

Of course I also have my own ideas about what might be going on...

..and all I know that this is a mystery wrapped in enigma,
but like all of them,
they ALL come to the surface sooner or later

I love the drama!
I love the Judicial system....it sucks for everyone but the attorneys
The real shame here has NOTHING to do with $$$.

This has to do with numerous variables....lawsuits, shell companies, the avoidance of US tax laws, the briiliance of attorneys, lies, self destruction, and arrogance.

While I sit idly by to see how the case unfolds, it really doesn't affect me or many other people either way it puts no money in my pockets or yours to speculate.

I happen to believe when all is said and done, all this case will do is redflag offshore corporatiions set up to hide money, and will affect the rest of the industry just like the detriment we caused ourselves abusing credit card companies.

It's a shame, I consider both JB and Joe good people- they have always been great approachable people at the tradeshows and gave many people breaks.

The real tragedy here is the loss of good friendships and the breaking of the law, I personally have a real affinity for seeing ( shifty) lawyers go down.

If this turns out to be the hot potato we all speculate, people will go to jail and fines will be paid through the nose.

That in itself is a real shame...and for what? MONEY.

I'd rather go to jail over pussy than money anyday....at least when I got out of the joint I can always get MORE PUSSY.
Money on the other hand...........

KB,
I love when one can interpret ANY event thru PUSSY analysis....
Freud would be proud of you
;-)))

I just wonder...
people who go to jail over money,
what do they crave more?

lack of pussy?

lost money?

Where is Jack Brownfield when needed?

This is very interesting reading....

KK is right there are always 3 sides of a story.... at least.

I always wondered how partners could get themselves cut out. I make sure I always protect myself when in partnerships...

It pays to have good legal advice going in.... BUT it pays even more to do homework and partner only with QUALITY PEOPLE!

I think there is a pearl somewhere from last year on that!

Serge you may think it is full of holes, but Sig is confident in it enough to handle any legal proceedings that would develop from it HIMSELF.

Plus the 2 rules go hand in hand....
