well there won't be slaps on the back for CCBILL because we know the motivation for this move has nothing to do with them suddenly developing a conscience.

Read this post from a creep who slithered out from under his rock long enough to post this on GFY.

*********************************************

Anyone have info on this? Just got a letter from ccbill saying that as of Nov. 15th they will no longer process "teen" under eighteen year old sites. While I agree that the child porn and other garbage needs to be controled and or eliminated, there is a huge market for legitimate teen model websites. I happen to run a couple that are totally non-nude and are tasteful teen sites.
I also understand that these processors are getting a ton of heat from Visa i.e. the $750.00 we all had to pay and what not.
What really pisses me off is that I got this letter from ccbill at 9pm est on Friday and I got a whole 6 days to shut down my site and find another processor. It is my understanding that they have known these changes were coming for over a month without one word to their webmasters. To make it worse.. they collected the $750.00 and sold me a new, dedicated server in the last few days $2400.00 without one word of these changes that will effect 30% of my sales.
With the new Visa restrictions I can not just go find another processor without having Visa's stamp of approval and since my paperwork is still being process through ccbill I am totally fucked. I might not be able to be up and running again for over thirty days.. Why the hell did they not give us warning? I mean I do 200K a year in sales at ccbill and no warning? Bull Shit. I guess I am just fucked.

Let's just hope this piece of scum can't find another processor.
:steemed:

And if it's not a porn site, why bill with a porn processor and post on a porn message board? Yeah, right, they're "tasteful teen sites".......

I would like to offer this poor webmaster some sympathy. If anyone knows him, please tell him he should go to dictionary.com. He will find sympathy in the database between shit and syphlis.

Oh don’t me going on this rant! I think the fashion industry is to blame for all teen sexual consciousness. The porn business is feed a demand they created.

Anyhow, I honestly don’t think CCBill was prepared for their growth. Having been with both companies, Cave Creek and CCBill for many moons. In the past few years there has been a huge turn over there and I feel that it’s because of their growth.

I’m going to try to get some CCBill and Cave Creek people here. Maybe we can bridge some gaps.

Dianna, CJ you girls are way to nice, and to forgiving....

I have been raising these issues with CCBill people on the boards in my rants, AND in person with the owners for YEARS!!!!!

They always had some lame excuse.

Other processors have grown faster in the past and had issue ( epoch) but they never played with kp, beastie, under age model sites, etc...

Even when called on it, and shown specific sites NO action was ever taken until recently - with new Visa regulations. ( I wonder if VISA started to act because of ccbills reluctance to do the right thing).

I will not be taking it easy on ccbill anytime soon - the principals of the copany are scum and built their fortunes on the trade of beastiality, kp, and non-nude model sites. THe owners did it knowingly and willingly.

I am trying to get them over here.

Mike how do you know for sure? Do you have real facts?

I personally would like to know if this is rumor or true. I've heard it a lot and would like to know how the hell this happened. If CCBill/Cave CReek did this, the facts should be presented to the entire industry and something should be done about it.

Diana this is very old news. There is no use bringing anybody over here.
Many people over the years have posted sites only CCBILL would process or host. We're talking sites with small children nude. CCBILL publically had the audacity to make up preposterous lies about how they were working hand in hand with the FBI and U.S Customs on secret investigations which necessitated them having to keep the sites up. Then the next month they'd concoct another ridiculous story how web hosts could not take any action against a client without exposing itself to tremendous liability. Funny how 90% of all the other hosts and processors had other legal opinions.

Then that white trash KuntyKunt would sashay over to whatever board she was whorin on that week and in her best Gobbels imitation repeat Der Fuhrer Caldwell's bullshit and add her own bullshit about how Borders Books has nude children on its shelves and it is protected speech.

I don't believe in heaven or hell but if there is i hope both their asses get fried for aiding and abetting those who destroy little lives.

Dianna I know you are kind of new to Oprano and the boards, but I have been beating up ccbill for a little over 3 years now - maybe longer. I hve provided so much documentation over the years, it is crazy. The owners of ccbill never did deny it...

Dianna, do me a favor. run 2 searches on Google for me.

1 with ccbill and bestiality ( well spell it right - even this misspelling has 246 results.)

1 with ccbill and lolita

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=...=ccbill++lolita (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=ccbill++lolita)

OF course they are much smaller the nthey used to be, ccbill was FORCED to become as responsible company by visa - they did not do it beause they were good guyd. they are scumbags who do nything for money.

That's actually the CORRECT spelling of it B)

Beastiality is the incorrect spelling:

its about fucking time this has been stopped (or at least recognized) and it was done by the 1 company who has any effect ... VISA.

Hey! 16 years is the legal age for topless glamour photography in the UK.. (with parental consent)

We even have national tabloids that promote "We will be showing topless pictures when she turns sixteen next week"

Not that I would get involved in anything like that.. but its legal where I live.. and we are no third world Country...

Mutt

true AGA, many countries have lower ages of consent. I think 18 is better than 16, an extra 2 years for somebody to mature and make a better decision. So a girl in the U.K. can pose topless but she can't show her hey nanny nanny? When can she go all nude?

Anyway the point is that CCBILL was into a whole other thing, they were doing business with the pedophiles, it wasn't a case of just these teen model sites which are sort of in limbo, though many politicians in the U.S. are making it a mission to close them all down and the processors who
provide them a way to make money.

I think if a sixteen year old girl wants to take pictures of herself topless or nude and make a website and charge people to see her it might be ok. What the problem here for me is that there is almost always a 40 or 50 year old man behind these sites.

Teens weren't sexually conscious before the fashion industry?!

I guess teens were too busy getting married and having babies before the fashion industy.

Aga,

If the age were 16 here in the US, people would think the same. Where the limits are places is arbitrary.

Why 16?
Why 18?
Why not 21?

Can anyone make a good argument for one over the other that is based on anything other than historical accident?

I know I’m not the only one who has seen a mega shift in the adult industry towards the teen phenomena. I’ve been in the adult industry 16 years and although there were stories on incest and underage, you didn’t see it in the porn media. People in the porn biz, for the most part, wouldn’t touch it. In fact there are a lot of things that have been exploited on the internet that adult porn industry wouldn’t touch. For some reason the internet gave free rein.

I would not promote or support the teen thing at any capacity. Even 18 I have a problem with but if it’s the law it’s the law. Maybe I feel this way because I was an exploited teen who thought she was going into modeling. Maybe because I’m a mother and if someone plastered my teen all over the internet I’d hunt them down, pluck their pubic hairs out one by one and then rub ben gay on their balls. I won’t even tell you what I’d do next.

At the same knowing what I know today, had the internet been around, I would have had my pussy all over the web. KNOWING what I know…many of these girls don’t. Working with models all the time I hear all the stories. It makes me sick.

Yes, I definitely think the fashion industry screwed up. They took 14 year old girls, dressed them up, put on make-up and made them look sexy. It didn’t stop there.

I don’t want to make it sound like I’m a prude. I’m not. I think it’s wonderful that women have this opportunity if it’s their choice.

I just can’t and won’t support the exploitation of children and a teen is still a child in my book. We’ve come a long way.

I need more coffee. This topic depresses me.

AGA that is a cop out. If CCBills issue was ONLY the under-age non-nude model sites, the 16 year old arguement might hold water.

BUT the fact is ccbill has been deeply involved with "artisitc nudes, nature nudes" AKA as KIDDIE PORN. Remember for years they were knee deep?!?! This was not 16 year old girls, but CHILDREN!

Then we go to beastility, which while I am sure may be legal in some countries, is still wrong.

Now even if all of this was legal, it is still unethical and shows minimally POOR BUSINESS DECISIONS - because they are helpig promote parts of this industry that almost ALL PEOPLE find refulsive.

Amazing how people want to justify and make excuses for ccbill.
