So, in terms of numbers how is this new board style going over as compared to the old style? It SEEMS there are less posts but then again people can avoid topics now so that may be misleading.

I dont think you can get an accurate comparison with Serge out of town. The number of posts have always decreased when he's not around. He's definitely the stick that stirs the shit... :biglaugh:

I know that I post much more, there seems like much more to talk about with all the different threads. On the flat board I would reply to 4 people in one post .. can't really do that here without people wondering what you're talking about ... of course if Edd and I continue our cockney dialogs it won't matter anyway ... :P

I think the new board is going well. It is taking me some time to get used to it, and I think I might miss some parts of conversations, but overall I am happy.


We have some new wrinkles we will be adding when Serge gets back behind the computer as well... Think it will get some excitement going.

As always it is not the software that makes a board, it is the community... and that means you!! :wnw:

I think I am generating more banner views, which I am sure is making the sponsors happy. I am not sure that I am as up to date on things as I was before, as I am not reading every section - so there may be pearls out there that I will never see.

Overall okay, but I am still not a fan.
